Entry

Please register with us when you arrive. You and one guest will be issued black wristbands. You will be allowed to use the band/vendor gate (marked VGTE on the map).

Load In

Load in will be through the band/vendor gate. Most vendor spaces will be located around the circular area (VEND on the map) . Our staff will show you were to set up in the vendor area.

Times

The festival starts at 4PM on Friday July 10th. Friday night ending time is 10PM. On Saturday the starting time is 11AM and ending time is 10PM. The gates will open approximately 30 minutes before the start time each day.

Parking

There is very limited parking right next to the venue, but a good deal of parking fairly close. After you are done unloading you will need to move your vehicle and park in one of the lots nearby (PARK on the map) especially if you have trailer. Please don't park in any no-parking areas as you probably will be towed. The lot across Main Street between Davis Street and Chapman Street has many spaces and is also the best bet for trailers unless you get lucky and find two parallel spaces on the street.

Tables / Tents

You should plan on bringing your own table and tent. If you let us know in advance we can rent you a 6ft. table for $10.

Weather

There is no rain date. In the event of torrential rain and thunderstorms we might be forced to cancel or stop the show. If there is a high certainty of this in the forecast before the show we will move the event to an indoor venue. As of July 8th the weather forecast looks good enough that we will not be moving indoors.

Drugs and Alcohol

The Energy Park is a town park. No drugs or alcohol are allowed. Anyone obviously under the influence may be asked to leave by the local police who will be patrolling the area.
